Physical Pain Fruit

The Pain Fruit allows the user to convert damage taken and absorbed Pain Ghosts into additional power. Upon losing all health, the fruit automatically awakens, temporarily increasing the user’s damage, speed, and mobility.

This item requires access to the Second Sea, meaning you must be level 700 or higher to claim it.
