Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bloxify account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
